ABOUT
Product leader. AI builder. Translator between worlds.
I'm David. I've spent 10 years turning complex product questions into shipped products, sharper strategies, and better growth paths. Regulated industries, data-heavy environments, organizations where humans, machines, and business logic need to find a way to work together.
I started in banking, with an apprenticeship and early years in client-facing roles. What sounds like a detour turned out to be my biggest advantage: I learned how customers actually think, where compliance helps and where it blocks, and why most digital projects in regulated industries fail — not because of the technology, but because nobody translates between the worlds.
Today I'm Head of Product at anybill, leading an AI-driven data product in retail-tech. In parallel, I'm doing my Executive MBA at TUM with a focus on Innovation & Business Creation, and building an AI-native consumer app from scratch as part of the TUM.ai Entrepreneurship Lab.
What drives me: the moment a vague hypothesis turns into a prototype that real users hold in their hands — and when that prototype becomes a business.
Beyond work: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, cooking, and everything around design, art, and fashion.

HOW I WORK
Five principles I keep returning to.
- 01Outcomes over output.A delivered roadmap ticket isn't success. A measured outcome is.
- 02Hands-on, not just strategic.I prototype myself, write SQL, ship things in Cursor and Lovable. Strategy without execution is an expensive slide.
- 03Discovery before delivery. Before anything gets built, it has to be clear: for whom, why, and how we'll measure success.
- 04Human and machine, not human or machine. The best products don't replace human judgment with AI — they amplify it. I build for that intersection.
- 05Business and product aren't opposites.Pricing, monetization, and GTM are product topics, not "later" topics.
