Web analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve its content. The service may measure page views, referring pages, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies or store a persistent identifier on your device. A temporary hash derived from the incoming request is used to calculate aggregated visitor statistics and is discarded after 24 hours. Analytics data is not intended to identify you or follow you across websites.

Contact form and email

When you contact me, I process the information you provide — currently your name, email address, optional phone number and message — in order to respond. Required fields are marked in the form.

If your message concerns a potential project or contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the legitimate interest in answering correspondence. Contact data is not used for marketing and is deleted when the conversation has concluded and no contractual or statutory retention requirement applies.

Messages are delivered using Resend, a service provided by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Resend processes message and delivery data to provide the email service. International transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards where required. More information is available in Resend's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

These rights apply where the relevant data can be associated with you. I am not required to collect additional information solely to identify visitors in anonymous or aggregated analytics data.
